We are a U.S. based company in Florida currently looking for several Customer Service / Consumer Collection Specialists to join our team!!! Are you a self-motivated, effective telephone communicator seeking to get paid for your performance? If you are eager to learn the art of collections and negotiations, then our team will allow you to go beyond the basics and reach your potential.

We have a strong commitment to our employees and offer great hourly pay and an awesome bonus/commission structure! Experience in customer service or the collection industry is great, but we provide training and we are willing to work with the right candidates to help them unlock and maximize their full potential.

 REQUIREMENTS:

– Great communication skills with clear English speaking voice

– Ability to collect on 3rd party charged-off debt including, but not limited to credit card debt and internet pay day loans

– 25 – 40 hours each week depending on progress & productivity

– Hours: Monday through Thursday 9:15 am – 6:15 pm, Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

BENEFITS INCLUDE:

– $3.00 – $4.00 per hour salary + commission
